Here is the Schedule in PDF form that you can either view in the browser or download to your computer and view with Adobe/Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader (right-click on the link and "Save As").

Here is the Schedule and Entry Form (and list of 2016 Cup Winners).

Both are A5 size so if you want to print it out onto A4 paper, you can either centre it and have a big margin or scale it up to fit the page (in the Print dialogue box, select Auto-Center and use the Page Scaling option—"Fit to Printable Area" or "Fit to Paper").

If you are very confident with computers and printers, you can save paper and print two A5 pages side-by-side on A4 paper. Here are the instructions.
